Tips for Improving Prompts

A stronger prompt usually includes:
  • Role: Tell the AI who to act as
  • Task: Clearly explain what you want
  • Context: Add background information
  • Audience: Mention who the output is for
  • Tone: Professional, friendly, casual, persuasive, educational, etc.
  • Format: Table, list, article, email, code, script, checklist, etc.
  • Constraints: Mention what to include or avoid
  • Examples: Provide a sample if needed
